Finnish food course 3Sorry, sign-up is over!Learn to cook good traditional Finnish food!
The course will be organized on Monday 21.8. 17:00-20.00. The teaching kitchen is located in central Helsinki. Address is Kalevankatu 3 B, 5th floor (Uudenmaan marttojen opetuskeittiö). See a map.
There will be an experienced teacher, who will help preparing the food. In the course every two people will share kitchen facilities, so it's a lot of space and everyone will actually prepare the food.
The menu will be as follows
- Sienikeitto - Mushroom Soup
- Ruisleseleipäset - Rye Bran Breads
- Silakkapihvit - Baltic Herring Steaks
- Porkkana-perunamuusi - Carrot Mashed Potatoes
- Mustikkakukko & Vaniljajäätelö - Blueberry Pie & Vanilla Ice Cream
- Korvapuustit - Cinnamon Rolls
Fee for participating, including the food is 15 euros (after preparing the food you will eat it :). Please remember that you'll have to pay the trip in three days after signing up!
Maximum number of participants is 12, as there is no more space in the kitchen - sign up soon to confirm your place!
